RECIPE
In a 100 ml glass bottle, pour about 50 ml of avocado oil, which is your carrier oil. Its content in lecithin and vitamin E will deeply hydrate, soften and protect the skin.
Then add the following:
Sweet orange essential oil:
4 drops
-Uplifting
-Anxiety relieving
-Improves the mood
-Alleviates feeling of fatigue
-Diuretic
-Detoxifier
Cedarwood essential oil:
to 4 drops
-Helps boost immunity (respiratory)
-Alleviates anxiety
-Restores vital energy
-Lowers stress levels
Pine essential oil:
3 to 4 drops
My #1 oil against fatigue
Highly restorative while also a kidney cleanser and a tired mind refresher
Shake the bottle, pour some of the mix in your palms, rub them together and massage the solar plexus, the neck and kidneys area: massage there with your knuckles if you can, for more stimulation.
The mix can also be heated in “Bain Marie” (prior to including the essential oils) to relax the body when massaging. It can also be used in your bath.
Recommendations and safety tips:
Always buy your carrier oils cold pressed and certified organic if possible. Buy certified organic essential oils if possible too. Or make sure they are pure and ethically manufactured.
Always make a patch test
Avoid sun exposure after applying the recipe
Don’t use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding but rather stick to a virgin oil.
