The time is here to taste the cherry pomegranate apple cider. This was started on 11/14/2015. I moved this to secondary on 3/6/2016. Kegged on 6/26.
Recipe
5 gal pasteurized cider
1.5 LBS brown sugar
Lalvin 1118 yeast
3 cans of Old Orchard frozen cherry pomegranate juice
OG was 21.5 Brix
FG was 6 Brix for an ABV of 12.93%
