For those who may be curious, here are the rules changes between first and second edition:
• War Cost is a new term combining and replacing both terms War Power and War Total.
• Retreat is now an option in any war.
• The two player variant, The Lost Kingdom, has been improved.
• The rules for the Exploration Tiles have been added to the main
rule book.
