Play along and/or pause the video to play the rhythms by yourself. Use the metronome on 2&4, if needed, as a point of reference.

A Note on Anticipation in Jazz:
Remember, you have to play the chord/scale *of the next bar* when playing on beat "and of 4" (and even on beat "4"). It's the typical jazz "push" of the beat.
