Over 50s ALL LEVELS Full Body Hiit Cardio Weight Standing Abs And Balance No Repeat Workout
Welcome to my over 50s hiit cardio weights standing abs and balance workout.
In todays 20 minute no repeat full body workout we have 4 sections with 5 exercises in each section we will spend 40 seconds on each exercise followed by a 20 seconds rest with 1 round to complete.
This over 50s workout will also include a warm up with a full body cool down stretch.
