In this tutorial we share how to work with millings to construct a smooth durable non-tracking, non-eroding surface that resists tracking of the fines and erosion. The two most common complaints when using millings.
After compaction, millings will still have 8 to 13% air voids and fissures leaving the millings prone to deterioration from air and moisture, tracking and erosion.
Hawk Seale 21re-juvenates and softens the asphalt in the millings allowing better compaction to prevent air and water from penetrating the surface, and prevents tracking and erosion.
