What You Need To Know About The Air Nomads

Avatar: The Last Airbender is the story of a young Air Nomad trying to find his place in the world. He’s also the Avatar, the one who’s supposed to bring balance to it. Throughout the series and sequel, The Legend of Korra, we’re taken all over this beautiful, strange and diverse world but one thing that always felt like it was missing were those Air Nomads. Considering how Fire Lord Sozin wiped out most of them it makes sense but there’s so much culture and intrigue that’s it's worth diving into. That’s why we’re looking into some of the most interesting facts and tidbits related to the nation that’s all about keeping your head in the clouds. Although for most of the series we learn about the Air Nomads through flashbacks, once the Harmonic Convergence happens in the Legend of Korra, that all changed. And don’t worry, we won’t be taking any of the M Night Shyamalan lore. Besides there’s a whole host of other resources from the comics to novels to the well kept wiki to keep us going.
