The houses have a systemic plan which is basically the same for all of them. Some might even be having more features but this much is more than enough for a basic and decent living. The wood is used coz it can save the heat up and prevent the dissipation of heat or cold. That is the knowledge that I have till as of now. Will update if I get to know about anything more about the infrastructure of a house.
