In this video, four young artists involved in the Queer Mind, Body and Soul exhibition speak about their experiences of the LikeMinded project and of exhibiting their work in the National Gallery.
Gaisce – The President's Award is a self-development programme for young people. The LikeMinded project was created in 2019 to enable young LGBTQIA+ gender non-conforming young people and allies to see themselves reflected in the Gaisce Award programme. Queer Mind, Body and Soul was an exhibition of work created by participants of the LikeMinded project. This free exhibition was held at the National Gallery of Ireland from 30 July to 17 October 2021.
