This Health Care Reform conference brought together leading legal academics and policy makers from around the country to discuss the changing landscape as we move closer to the full implementation of the Affordable Care Act.
The roundtable focused on the decisions that a handful of States are in the process of making (or engaging with the federal government to make) regarding benchmark plan implementation, standards for qualified health plans, implementation of an Exchange and the numerous issues related to expanding insurance coverage for persons eligible under the Medicaid expansion.
This event was hosted at the University of Maryland's Carey School of Law.
