Marcella Detroit (also known as Marcy Levy) is an american singer, songwriter and guitarist. She started doing back vocals to singers such as Bob Seger, Eric Clapton and others. Marcella joined Siobhan Fahey in 1988 and the duo "Shakespeare's Sister" was born. They released two albuns together and Marcella sang the lead vocals on their biggest hit, "Stay". In 1993, Detroit left the band and starts her solo career. She formed the Marcy Levy Band in 2002, and finished third in the 2010 ITV series Popstar to Operastar. As a good soprano, Marcella Detroit has a light and high voice and she's keeping a good quality through the years. A great musician!
There's many old records, sorry for the low audio quality in few moments of this video.
