NVIDIA 5000 SERIES LAUNCH DATE, PRICE AND SPECS. Is the RTX 5090 worth it?

NVIDIA is expected to showcase its next-generation 5000 series GPUs at CES 2025, scheduled from January 7 to 10, 2025. The flagship model, RTX 5090, is rumored to have a significant performance increase, boasting up to 24,576 CUDA cores (a big jump from the 16,384 in the RTX 4090), a 512-bit memory bus, and GDDR7 VRAM for even faster memory speeds.

This could lead to a 50% performance improvement compared to the RTX 4090, especially in ray tracing and general computing tasks.
