The needle is not moving fast enough for women and non-binary tech professionals. LeanIn.Org and McKinsey’s annual Women in the Workplace report year-over-year shows fewer opportunities for career advancement, an increased sense of isolation, and an overall lack of belonging for this group. This translates to fewer women and non-binary tech professionals moving up the pipeline. This panel brings together senior leaders from 3 major tech companies – from telecommunications, IT services, and semiconductor manufacturing – to share actionable strategies they've implemented to drive change in their organizations.
