On this auspicious occasion, I would like to present a speed treat which is currently a hot topic amongst the railfan and it's none other than the speed show of Suhaildev Express , India's fastest diesel train, which is counting it's last few days with diesel traction. We kick start the new year with a bang and no other train action could have lightened up the new year vibes except Suhaildev Express. The monstrous EMD beast TKD WDP-4B led 02234 Suhaildev Express first honks thunderously at the station outer just to caution the carefree trespassers and in no time the 21 LHB coacher Suhaildev Express comes tearing past the night mist and belts past Dadri station at flat 130 km/hr enroute to it's next halt Kanpur Central.
These 130 km/hr captures of the EMD hauled Suhaildev Express can be classified as rare classic gem collection as the train is counting it's last days with diesel traction and soon it will be getting Electric traction once the CRS approves the Jaghai Jn-Zafrabad Jn stretch which has been electrified now.
