Ingredients
Coconut -1 cup
Jaggery -3/4
Rice flour -1 tsp
Cardamom - 2
Water -1/4 cup
Cashew -5
Coconut chunks -1/4 cup
Method
▪️Add 1 cup coconut and 3/4 cup jaggery
▪️Add 1 tsp rice flour and 2 cardamom
▪️Add 1/4 cup water and blend into a fine paste
▪️In a pan add 1 tbsp ghee , cashews and coconut. chunks and saute until golden brown and keep it aside
▪️In the same pan add the grinded paste and keep mixing until it doesn't stick to the pan
▪️Now add roasted cashews and coconut and mix it well and enjoy
