How To Do Dumbbell Woodchopper
-Stand tall; core engaged; hold arms extended; and place feet shoulder width a part holding dumbbell at ends.
-Bend at knees and bring dumbbell low to one side; then drive through legs and hips keep arms straight and slash weight from low to high on other other side (turn out back foot for greater range of motion).
-Repeat for allotted amount and duplicate reps on other side.
