Aji Chombo, a Chinense variety from Panama.. A Scotch Bonnet type used a lot in South American or Carribean Sauces. The Plant itself just wants to grow and Loves shade.. these were just put in 20cm pots and clumped in an Azelea plant in front yard and just left, wasn't until popped out top saw the great looking Pods. These need to be replanted as Growing so well outgrown Pots.. But can manage as can see so if space challenged can go these in smaller Pots (but can do any like that) can see these though don't Mind and If allowed will grow into the Ground.. These are 90 Cm in 20 cm pots, so in ground would be fantastic and get to 2 Metres high and wide if allowed
What They Like ?
How Hot are They ?
Instant Fruity and sweet with a nicce bonnet type taste not the Hab flavour get with a Lot, but is a Bonnet type so.... taste Is unreal and 1 of the tastiest pods tried and couldn't recommend 1 for Taste More... Unreal Plus stayed for ages as well as heat ddn't Overpower
Heat was a bit to start but hit in the back of the throat and Lips, then the tounge started and cought up, took over and gave a Good whack.. built to a Nice Hab Level and then stayed there for a while, Loved it..
Overall Brilliant as Great Looking, Fantastic Flavour and Heat Up there at Hab level so decent and gives a good whack..
