Darbhanga(Bihar), March 06 (ANI): In what could trigger a fresh controversy, Lok Sabha MP and Jan Adhikar Party leader Pappu Yadav has announced that he would reward those who shoot down the corrupt officials. Yadav, who was commenting on the recent suicide case of Hyderabad University PhD scholar Rohith Vemula, stated that he would pay Rs. 25,000 for submitting video-recording of any corrupt government official, adding that a sum of Rs. 10 lakhs will be rewarded for beating a corrupt official to death. The Hyderabad University scholar had committed suicide on January 17 after being suspended by the university last year.
