Does this help men last longer in bed? Relaxing our PC muscles - not being a tight-ass - during sex. This is also known as the reverse kegel.
As we get closer to orgasm and ejaculation, the pubococcygeus muscle goes into contractions; you know that pulsing feeling down below. So relaxation can delay this reflex and help us last longer.
Does it work? Yes but it takes a bit of practice. Relaxing the PC muscle is more subtle, a smaller movement than clenching it tight.
Top tip: I'll link to a guide to reverse kegelling and try it sitting down, breathe down through your ass.

And see if you can find this relaxation during intercourse but sooner - not just when you're getting close. Once you hit the point of no return, let nature take over and enjoy the ride.
