In this video, I'm going to show you how to send voice messages or voice notes in Gmail. Mote is an audio feedback service that offers its Chrome extension for Gmail and Google Classroom. It gets integrated into the compose email window and you can record your message and send it directly in 1 click.

Install it from Chrome web store using the link in description. For the first time, you will have to sign in using your Google account.

Next, you will find a new Mote button in the Gmail's compose new email popup. Just click on its icon to start recording your voice message.

After you stop the recording, it will attach the recorded audio to the email automatically and then you can send that to anyone.
