Info from Licensor: "I just happened to be walking by when the driver of the vehicle returned, the whole beach was in a panic while he was having lunch. He failed to start the car with all the pressure of the onlookers, however, a local mechanic stepped in and saved the day! This video has sparked a debate on Twitter on whether cars should really be allowed on this beach, in Inch, Co Kerry. It was absolutely crazy that day, cars everywhere, the tide coming in and a queue for miles back along the beach, trying to avoid the tide, as it was coming in fast!"
