Chicken curry cooked slowly to infuse the ingredients into the meat. I used Guyanese Indi garam masala because it has lots of coriander, preferred curry powder is Lala which can be used in any curry. We curry a whole chicken, however, chicken legs with back attach is excellent for this recipe.
Chicken Curry Ingredients
4 LBS Skinless Chicken
2 Medium Onion
20 Clove Garlic
2 Wiri Wiri Pepper
4 Heaped Teaspoon Garam Masala
2 Heaped Teaspoon Curry Powder
¼ Cup Oil
Potatoes as needed (optional)
Pre-Seasoned Chicken 1/2 hour
Salt
Garlic Powder
Black Pepper.
