Dal Tadka Banane ke Ingredients:
Mix Dal - 1/2 cup (moong dal, chilka dal, urad dal, chana dal..)
Water / Pani - 1 1/2 cup
Salt / Namak - as per taste
Turmeric / Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Clarified Butter / Ghee - 3 tbsp
Cumin / Jeera - 1 tsp
Ginger / Adrak- 1 inch (thin cut)
Green Chili / Hari Mirch - 2 Slits
Kashmiri Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida / Hing - 1 pinch
Onion / Pyaaz - 1
Tomato / Tamatar - 1 large
Coriander Leaves / Dhaniya - 2 tbsp
Dried Fengreek Leaves / Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder / Dhaniya Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
For Tadka : Ghee - 1 tbsp
Cumin Seeds / Jeera - 1 tsp
Hing - 1 pinch
Green Chili / Hari Mirch - 1 (slit)
Kashmiri Red Chili / Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves / Dhaniya - 1 tbsp
Whole Red Chili - 1
