The Supreme Court will on Wednesday hear Uddhav Thackeray's plea challenging the Election Commission (EC) order allotting the Shiv Sena party name and symbol to Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde-led faction.
The Apex court has constituted a three-judge special bench to hear the plea filed by Uddhav Thackeray, which comprises Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud, Justices PS Narsimha and JB Pardiwala.
