RECIPE:
3-4 pears
40 g blue cheese/gorgonzola
20g nuts: peanuts, almonds, walnuts, cashews
30g liquid honey
herbs
Cut ripe pears in half, remove the core, fill with blue cheese and sprinkle chopped nuts on top; Bake in the oven at 180C for 20 minutes, after cooling, pour over liquid honey.
