There should be no way child sex offenders “avoid compensation” by hiding available funds in their super, says Fighters Against Child Abuse Australia Charity President Adam Washbourne.
“If a loophole exists, it should be shut,” Mr Washbourne told Sky News Australia.
“You are talking about the only unjustifiable crime out there, so if they do get convicted, they should have to pay for it.”
