Makli Graveyard in Thatta, Sindh is one of the most historic and ancient graveyards of the world. The story behind the graveyard is said to be of a red bride who cries at the graveyard. The span of the graveyard is around 10km's with more than a hundred thousand graves. In 1984, UNESCO added the Makli Graveyard in its World Heritage List, as the graveyard is originated from more than 400years.

The horrific stories about Makli graveyard are spread by the local people living in nearby. Moreover, a couple of people have reported that a bride in red clothes has been sighted in the graveyard that cries. Another story that was exclaimed in the voice of the guard at the graveyard, states that a young boy was seen coming out of a grave and as he walked he turned into an old man before disappearing from the sight.

Apart from such horrific stories of the Makli Graveyard that hover around in the society, the graveyard is one of the most ancient, historical sites in the province of Sindh Pakistan situated in Thatta.
