Hey guys! Hope you enjoyed our cover of the old grunge rock hit Smells Like Teen Spirit from Nirvana. How many of you have rocked your air guitar chops to this one? Hopefully now you will be rocking your “air violin” chops haha.
We took a little different approach with the drums on this one, recording some sounds with hardware tools. Thanks to Jim and the carpenters on tour with us at Cirque du Soleil for that one! Keep watching until the end to see what we have built with that drum beat… :)
We also used a lot of distortion and fuzz effects on the Violin and Bass for a really hard and rocking kind of vibe. Let us know what you think in the comments below.
