Welcome back to another video everyone and today, I'm talking about my 5 worst diet mistakes for fat loss. Because at this stage of my personal fitness and coaching journey, I've nearly seen it all.
And if I knew the things 10 years ago that I do now in relation to diet, nutrition and what makes a fat loss journey successful, my life would have been a hell of a lot easier haha. But at my expense you can profit, learn the mistakes to avoid and hence, make losing weight so much easier and more enjoyable.
