Chinese Premier Li Keqiang has held separate talks with leaders of Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Afghanistan and Uzbekistan. The meetings took place in Tajikistan, on the sidelines of a meeting of heads of government of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member states. Li also addressed the meeting on Friday, urging SCO member countries to further cooperate and seek common development. CGTN's Victor Ning has more.
