Dr. Raymond Gilpin addresses an audience of 48 security, police, policy, and civil society professionals from 34 African countries at the annual Next Generation of African Security Sector Leaders program, hosted by the Africa Center for Strategic Studies.
Dr. Gilpin serves as Academic Dean at the Africa Center.
