Chicken Thigh 2.5 lb (6-8 servings)
Salt and Pepper a thin layer
Sauce:
Regular Soy Sauce 2 TBSP
Dark Soy Sauce 1 TBSP
Aromatics(Fresh-1tsp, dried-1/4tsp):
Ginger
Garlic
Green onions
Thymes
Five Spiced Powder
Parsley
Rosemary
2️⃣Bake: 395F 20mins skin side up, 15min other side, 3-5 mins broil skin side up
3️⃣Optional: Garnish(after baking):
Minced green herb, fresh or dried
𝑻𝒊𝒑𝒔
1. Sauce: If substitute soy sauce with sweeter sauces like BBQ or ketchup, add extra salt
2. Aromatics: You can blend the aromatics to release their flavors, smash them with the side of a knife, or skip this step altogether.
3. Chicken thigh: Dry thighs with paper towels, cut along the bone/thick parts for even cooking. Big pieces? Cut to palm size. Boneless/skinless works too.
4. Baking: Place the on a baking sheet, preferably on a rack so it gets that air-frying effect. Timing depending on ovens, make sure the center reaches 160°F before broil. Skip broil if skinless.
