So recently an old 1/9 train sign revealed itself on the uptown platform at 96st.

The 9 train was a train that worked alongside the 1 as a Skip Stop Service past 137th St stopping at 145th , 168th , 181st , 191st , 207st , Marble Hill - 225th Street , 231st street and then terminating at Van Cortlandt Park 242nd Street

The 9 train was discontinued in 2005

It is good to see this sign show up so get your pictures while you can before they take it down
