I recently bought 40 Marula seeds and started researching how to plant these tough guys. I've made a lot of headway with scarifying Carob seeds, but never anything as tough as a Marula. This is the beginning of the journey and I hope to have at least a few of the seeds growing into trees, which will greatly enhance my food security as well as bio-diversity on the farm. I may very well even turn them into wines, chutneys or jams very soon.
