I've been excited to ski Everglade since I saw it on the map in 2017 and finally got my chance! The tree cover must've helped preserve snow because conditions were still quite good compared to some of the lower-mountain glades. I'm pretty sure I lost track of the main (cut) way down because the lower half got a little sketchy at times! But that just made the run all the more thrilling.
I missed the top section (above Alligator Alley) but it's not a whole lot more before it drops onto the Flyer liftline.
I'd compare this to something like Julio at Killington - it's long and mostly evergreen forest, but it's kinda flipped because the bottom is the flat and dense part instead of the top.
Advice: General glade rules apply. I'd advise trying to stay on higher ground near the bottom because the creekbeds (the natural half-pipe areas in the video) get pretty narrow and it's hard to get out of them if they suddenly end.
Overall Difficulty: 7/10
Relative Difficulty (Diamond): 6/10
Accessibility Rating: 6/10 (Can be reached from the major Tramside lifts but the top is a little more concealed)
Open Trail Index: 5/10
Enjoyment Rating: 8/10 (Wish the bottom was a little easier to navigate but overall was super fun!)
