Officers from the City of London Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a pickpocket, after they released CCTV footage of the man stealing both a wallet and a phone from an unsuspecting victim.

Police are asking anyone with information about the identity of the thief to contact them on 020 7601 2999, quoting reference number 19*321665.

Alternatively information can be provided anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers via their website or by calling 0800 555 111.
