Had a lovely flight from Liverpool into North Wales. It was late Spring, but there was still a lot of snow left lying around over the higher ground. It was wonderful to fly round a hilltop that I had explored many times before on foot, even since I was a child. I've decided to split this trip into four parts. This is part one, taking off from the John Lennon Airport in Liverpool. Part 2 will show some of the Wirral and North Welsh coast, and Moel Famau itself. Part 3 will show the flight back over the Wirral peninsular, and part 4 will show the approach back to the Liverpool runway.
