Brazil says thousands of babies have been born with abnormally small heads --- since October. The health system is struggling to cope with the outbreak linked to the Zika virus - which is spread by mosquitoes. The rare brain defect affects the babies' physical and mental development. The disease has spread across Brazil - with close to four-thousand suspected cases since October. It is now showing up in other South American countries.
