The European project Treasure is promoting and protecting underwater heritage, while spinning an economic opportunity out of it for Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova and Turkey. Part of the project is an under-water museum to bring tourists down into the deep sea to enjoy a visit. The programme is financed by the Interreg Black Sea Basin programme and has a value of €49 million.
