Health Minister Dr. Jane Ruth Acheng says Government is considering a waiver system for patients who are unable to afford the services at the newly constructed Mulago Specialized Women and Neonatal hospital in Kampala. She said that under this arrangement, a committee will asses the eligibility of the patients seeking a waiver.
