Together with local and national partners, Swisscontact is implementing comprehensive skills development programmes that contain policy and systems guidance and support to selected training institutes in improving the quality and relevance of their training programmes. Concepts for labour market oriented skills development are designed and implemented together with local authorities and involve the private sector.
