Very rare pre war single shot rifle caliber 5,6x52R, build by Bernhard Merkel Gewehrfabrik Suhl, Thuringia. Bernhard Merkel was born 1874 and died in 1954. His company was known for high quality, combination guns, double rifles and drillings. In the late 60th Hauptmann in Ferlach delivered an according change barrel in 7x57R.
