The basis of this audiovisual performance is a liquid light show and improvisations on Ukrainian national instruments. Elements of the performance also include video projection of the environment using digital cameras from the 00s, adding special textures, tones and effects.
Cameras are located in different parts of the room and shoot individual objects that are displayed on the screen. The moving costume "The spellcaster of color" is also part of the performance. This is a creature that reveals new colors to the eye through the frequency dance of music. This creature lives and with its movements reveals the fantastic world in which it exists.
Several artists worked on the performance:
Oleksiy Lupashko is a multi-instrumentalist who combines hard ambient with instrumental improvisations. In this performance, Oleksiy uses a goat (bagpipe), tilinka, trumpet, jholomiga, etc. Oleksiy plays with digitized music and the archaic language of emotions. On stage, it becomes a free musical and theatrical performance.
Acid Soup is a duo that creates psychedelic visual effects in real time. They use live mixing and processing of liquids and dyes poured into plates, cameras, moiré patterns, VJing software, a visual mixer and their own perception of music to create a surreal and trippy atmosphere.
Elizaveta Horbenko is a psychedelic portrait photographer from Odessa. The style of her photographs is based and inspired by abstract artists, avant-garde filmmakers and photographers.
Ksenia Shcherbakova - hairdresser, multimedia artist, fashion designer, musician. Currently a participant in several projects. The main one is the joint studio of forced migrants "OSRZ-4", the second is the performative hair salon "Paradise Paradise", the third is the thrash studio circulation of infernation, as well as its own new music project - vixiii.
This performance took part in charity concerts in the cities of Ukraine (Kyiv, Odesa, Ternopil, Lviv); film festival "Nay bude kino", Kyiv; "Poruch" film festival, Odesa; and in a project by Gasoline Radio and Don't Take Fake at the MOT (Module of Temporality), Kyiv.
