Toby Jeavons, project architect at Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and Bob Lang, Arup project engineer, discuss the iconic new distillery. As the project was nearing completion they consider how it will serve to uncover the processes of whisky production and welcome visitors, preserving the historic natural landscape through its integration into the ground itself.
