Would you spend half a million ringgit on a townhouse (single floor) or a condo? The townhouse has a slightly smaller built-up of 850sqft while the condo's size is 1,150sqft. Both residential units are able to access the same set of facilities within the development.
What are thoughts?
Every time I review a development like this, where the price is very close between a landed (townhouse) and a high-rise, this question crosses my mind. If it's a full fledge terrace or semi-D or bungalow unit, I can understand the different market segment and hence, the different price tiering. But when it's somewhat similar in price and varies slightly in layout, how would one choose and what are the consideration points?
