I enjoyed improvising to the canon chord sequence in my previous video, so I thought I'd do some more. This time with help from my Yamaha Reface YC. My new soprano sax wanted a go too. Turns out I can't play in tune yet :-(
There are many mutations in the sequence of the Sars-Cov2 spike protein between the delta and omicron variants that lead to higher infection rates and evasion of immune response in the latter. Here we look at how some of these mutations appear in the protein structure.
