The REP Rackable EZ Curl Bar in Stainless is a beast. Not perfect, but my biceps have never been bigger.
An EZ-Curl bar is far from a home gym essential, however, it is a nice to have. Their are quite a few options on the market now, but a rackable curl bar is definitely the best option as you can place it in your squat rack.
This REP EZ Curl Bar Review is on the stainless version in particular. I prefer stainless as it gives the best knurl feel while still offering a lot of corrosion resistance. However, I have noticed some more surface rust forming on this bar than I expected from a stainless bar.
Regardless, if you're looking for a curl bar to add to your garage gym, this one is a good one.
