I was looking for something that could do this for a long time...
I searched for days and days, and eventually gave up, believing what I saw, that the only way to make an in game gravity toggle system was to hard code it, or create a blueprint physics system that would more than likely be subpar. Eventually, I found out about one node that changed everything. If you want more abstract gravity functions, make sure to check out the “Directional Gravity for Physics and Movement” plugin
or the "Directional & Planet Gravity” plugin on the Unreal Engine Marketplace.
One thing I forgot to mention is that this system only works on the character... but no worries, I'll be releasing a video on how to create a custom physics system that can work for many things - but I wouldn't recommend using for a character.
I'm sure this blueprint can be easily modified to fit many purposes.
