Summertime in Michigan is like no other. With the warm temps and 15 hour days it can provide some awesome railfanning experiences compared to the dread of winter. During the month of June 2023, I went up north quite a bit to shoot trains and to be with friends and family. One of my favorite pit stops on the way north is the small town of Durand. Durand is one of the most famous railroad towns in the country and is one of my favorite to chill trackside and watch trains. We will railfan in and around Durand to catch trains in this short series. Enjoy the video! Plenty of action is seen! Note this is not chronological order and I base it off location. Also ignore the glitch after the Amtrak Blue Water train
