Ingredients
175g Unsalted Butter
175g White Sugar
175g plain flour
1tsp Baking Powder
3 Large Eggs
1 and half passionfruit insides
3 Tbsp Prosecco or flavouring
1 and half tsp vanilla
Bake at 160 fan or 180 regular for 18-20 mins
Buttercream
The passion fruit seeds can be sour to ensure you are happy with that element before you add to the top, or you can add them into the buttercream... your choice
230g unsalted Butter ( no oil in the ingredients)
500g Icing sugar
2 Tbsp Prosecco
1 Tsp Vanilla
refrigerate if too loose
I used Colour Mill White
